Shipping Policy

At JacketTreasures, we are committed to delivering your order promptly, securely, and transparently. Please read the following shipping terms carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.


1. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Standard Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days

  • Expedited (Flat Rate) Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Custom Orders
For custom or personalized jackets, please allow 7 to 14 business days for production.


2. Shipping Methods, Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

A. Free Shipping (UK, USA, Canada, Australia Only)

  • Rate: FREE

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days

  • Estimated Transit Time: 6 to 11 business days

  • Available for customers in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Australia.

B. Flat Rate Expedited Shipping (Worldwide)

  • Rate: $32.00 (Flat Rate)

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days

  • Estimated Transit Time: 4 business days

  • Delivered via premium carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Skynet.

Note: Customers in the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia may also choose the $32 expedited flat-rate shipping for faster delivery.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For countries outside the UK, USA, Canada, and Australia, the $32 flat-rate expedited shipping will apply.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processing.


4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Please note:

  • Product prices do not include customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes.

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by their country’s customs office.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

6. Peak Season Notice

During high-demand periods such as:

  • Halloween

  • Christmas

  • New Year

  • Major sales events

Processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volumes.
To avoid delays, we recommend placing orders at least 20 days in advance during peak seasons.


7. Shipping Disclaimer

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, please understand that delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • National holidays and peak-season volume surges

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not liable for carrier delays, but we are always here to help.
