Return & Refund Policy – JacketTreasures.com

At Jacket Treasures, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (custom names, logos, embroidery, etc.) are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • Brief description of the problem

  • We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund if applicable.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email [email protected] with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

You’ll receive a response within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • In those cases, Jacket Treasures will cover the shipping cost.

  • Use a trackable shipping method for secure delivery.


6. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

  • If the return is due to our error, a full refund including shipping will be issued.


7. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available at this time.

  • To get a different size, color, or style:

    • Return the original item for a refund.

    • Place a new order for the preferred item.
