At Jacket Treasures, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items (custom names, logos, embroidery, etc.) are not returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or marked as delivered but not received:

We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund if applicable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email [email protected] with:
Full name
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
You’ll receive a response within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
In those cases, Jacket Treasures will cover the shipping cost.
Use a trackable shipping method for secure delivery.
6. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.
If the return is due to our error, a full refund including shipping will be issued.
7. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not available at this time.
To get a different size, color, or style:
Return the original item for a refund.
Place a new order for the preferred item.
